Adam Smith

Adam SmithI work for Verco in Corsham, supporting energy efficiency and carbon policy projects in the private and public sector. I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2013, where I completed an MSci in Physics.
In my third year I worked for wind energy consultancy Garrad Hassan as an assistant engineer. After university I spent two months in south India, undertaking research for a village-scale renewable energy project with The Converging World. At university I also coordinated food waste charity FoodCycle Bristol, turning surplus supermarket food into healthy meals to combat food poverty.
I am enthusiastic about sharing scientific ideas, and am interested particularly in the areas of climate change, energy and the environment in my writing.
